A hearty welcome to you all at the commencement of the new academic session 2025-26 of Jagdish Saran Hindu Post Graduate College, Amroha. Under the efficient guidance of our Management Committee, this college continuously strives and exerts efforts for the protection, promotion, and management of intellectual property and the academic environment. Qualified teacher colleagues and non-teaching staff always provide their active and creative cooperation in this. I heartily greet the Management Committee of the college and all components of the academic family in the new academic session.

Dear students, millions of best wishes to all of you, the future nation-builders, who are striving to make this beautiful opportunity for higher education a pleasant occasion in your lives. In fact, education is a continuous lifelong process that instills new consciousness in the public mind. It is a matter of joy that the National Education Policy 2020 was announced by the Government of India on July 29, 2020, and was implemented in the session 2021-22.
Revolutionary changes will take place in the world of education through the National Education Policy. The protection and promotion of Indian languages will be paved through teaching and learning in the mother tongue, regional languages, and the national language. It is an irrefutable truth and fact that the opportunity for good and higher education is not available to everyone. You are fortunate to have received this opportunity.

In reality, education paves the way for progress. Character, culture, and civilization emerge and develop through education. Please participate in the academic and co-academic activities conducted in the college with full dedication and discipline, utilizing your inherent powers to the maximum for your all-round development. Education is an ornament, a jewel; use it to refine and decorate your personality. There is no alternative to hard work, dedication, and discipline in life. Students who acquire knowledge through hard work in student life and adopt good values and ethics in their lives incorporate them in the future. In the future, they become good human beings and responsible citizens of the nation. Do not waste the invaluable time of student life; use it fully to prepare the foundation of your future creation. To highlight the inherent talent in students and develop their personality art, there is a complete arrangement of an appropriate platform and environment to develop the spirit of discipline, creative productivity, and social concern among students through regular departmental seminars, cultural programs, sports, and activities of NCC, NSS, and Rovers Rangers units. A youth sports festival from February 08 to 12, 2025, and a youth cultural ceremony from March 03 to 08, 2025, were organized with prestige and success in the college.

After taking charge as Principal, for the benefit of students and to ensure success in examinations, a completely 'Free Coaching Center' named 'Jagdish Saran Study Center' and a 'Free Study Center' in the reading room located in the library were started. In these, approximately 54 educated and initiated students have successfully cleared the NET and JRF eligibility exams required for degree college teachers in the last 3 years. Additionally, hundreds of students have achieved success in various other competitive exams and have brought glory to the college through their successes in different parts of the country.

The objective of the college is to provide direction and condition to the 'youth power of the nation' so that in the future, they can build a prosperous India free from fear, exploitation, inequality, injustice, corruption, and poverty. Identify your talent and skill and move forward in the field of your interest, whether it be academic, administrative, professional, sports, cultural, literary, political, science, or technology. Keep striving continuously for your capacity and skill development. This is also the fundamental spirit of the National Education Policy 2020. Acquire knowledge by attending regular classes.

Participate enthusiastically in sports, literary, and cultural activities. The property and campus of the college are your own property; therefore, do not cause any damage to it and cooperate in keeping the campus clean, healthy, green, and flourishing. Give an introduction to being good and disciplined students. Maintain human values and dignity. Your family and society have great hopes for you. Make every effort to live up to their expectations.
